Difference between XI - bpm and BPM

Dear All ,

what is techincal difference between XI -BPM AND SAP NetWeaver Business Process Management .

Both are same , i mean server etc .

hi,

xi bpm is mainly for system integration, typically you will deliver message(data) from one system to another.

ce bpm is mainly for human interaction workflow. it focus on the approval process, not the data exchange.

Hi,

AFAIK BPM in XI is Cross Component BPM used for process monitoring and process management while Netweaver BPM comes as part of Composition Environment and can be used to model workflows that span accross systems and involve Human interaction with automated execution.
