In times and Out times can be maintained in IT 2011. To maintain information in this infotype, the employee must have an existing record in ITs 0007 and 0050 for the date of entry.

Hi Vipul,

Time management of two types +ve time management and negative management

positive time is recording the clock in and clock out while negative is capturing only deviation from work.

Time management has many infotypes to maintain data

2001-absence

2002-attendance

2003-substitutuin

2004-avauialblity

2005-overtime

2006-absneec quota

2007-attedance quota

2010-emp remuneration information

2011 etc ..

Time management infotype ranges from-2000-2999

time mangement schema as TM00/TM01/Tm02/tm04

time management report gropu is RPT**

time evaluation driver RPTIME00 evaluates employee time data

Hi Vipul,

This not small item to explain in this place.

It is called as postivie time mangement.

We do it in spro Time Management -> Time Evaluation with clock times.

after that using PA30 We enter IN /OUT in Infotype 2011
