Issues on Personnel Area Address and ESI Groupings...

Hi,

I have a couple of issues.

1. Based on the Business requirement, i have created the Functions as Personnel Area and Locations as Personnel Sub area. How can I define the address for a Personnel area now as it is not a location ?

2. I have ESI Groupings Defined in the system which I used till the month of October payroll. If I change the ESI groupings for my November Payroll, How this will be effected ? I do not have a date selection for changing the ESI groupings. Basically I need to change the grouping for a particular location. How can this be done ?
