Issues on Personnel Area Address and ESI Groupings...

Hi,

I have a couple of issues.

1. Based on the Business requirement, i have created the Functions as Personnel Area and Locations as Personnel Sub area. How can I define the address for a Personnel area now as it is not a location ?

2. I have ESI Groupings Defined in the system which I used till the month of October payroll. If I change the ESI groupings for my November Payroll, How this will be effected ? I do not have a date selection for changing the ESI groupings. Basically I need to change the grouping for a particular location. How can this be done ?

You may look at transaction PP01, there is an Address infotype that you can maintain for the objects.

Can I have the address created for a PA and PSA combination ? Because I have location as PSA and Function as Personnel Area.

Hi Vijay,

Please maintain the address in Company code.

For form 16 reporting system picks up the address from PA, In this case u can implement Exit for picking address from Companycode.

1more place of address storage is Taxgroupings View: V_T7INT5, here u can have ur address for Personnel areas by checking the tax bracket they fall in.
