Hi all,

Daily morning i doing some support work as well. i think i done one mistake. BW3.5 Data flow ds-IC delta load in

DS->processing type-> data target only. Yesterday it shown red request in IC i deleted that request and try to put repeat still data

not loaded. again today also target showing red request. this following error coming please guide me.

Deleted that request in target is i made wrong? what solution.

Did you made the request to Red before deletion of request? If you did that nothing to worry about delta load .. in next delta you will get them

Did you get any records in monitor ? check job details in R/3 and BW as well for more details

I not made that request red it already in red only thats way i deleted. now 23 and 24 data not available what steps i have to

follow? Monitor it showing records but in red request sri.

If you run a repeat of the delta to infocube and it is not stated "repeat of last delta", it is most likely that you have lost your delta. If you are getting that error because there are no new records, you can repair by running repair with full request to get the last pull data.

Hi,

I deleted that red request only right why not i repeat and get 23 and 24 data. Please correct me i am wrong.

-> PSA no data.

-> IC- 23 red request i deleted and now 24 th request also red but in IC monitor showing records and data not ready for report.

What solution i have to do? Please give suggestion on this.

When you launch the Infopackage did the system proposed you for 'Repeat delta' ?

IC Monitor - Is the request is green ? but not reporting symbol .. right ?

Did you expand the request in monitor - details tab - expand all the nodes and check If you see any red msgs

- No it not responding

Delta daily load. Really i not getting what i have to do it is in production system. weather i have to do init load again it is SD

transaction data na it will take time na.

In production system delta daily load.

Modeling->DS->Sales and Distribution->replicate - please confirm i am correct

-Activate Transfer rules

- using above that activate report progrm i can do right.

-Start IP

Before this delete today error request ffrom IC and manually start execute.

No need to replicate the whole application

Activate only particular DS - right click - replicate meta data

yes, activate transfer rules and select source system and ds

make the request again to red and delete from cube

execute IP

replicate the Data source once again and activate DS with this program RS_TRANSTRU_ACTIVATE_ALL and it will solve your problem

Hi,

Did you change the monitor status of the request to Red as well? before extracting the data to CUBE?

Also is this Delta is from Source R/3 or from lower level ODS?

If its from the lower level DSO then check whether the data mart symbol is present in the ODS --> Manage and its point to the failed load, if yes then you need to delete the same and then reload so that the load will work fine.

Also when the load failed initially did it picked any records or not?

About Caller 09, as this is related to the time stamp issue, replicate the data source and then activate the transfer structure.

If you have the same problem for many Data Sources, use the RS_TRANSTRU_ACTIVATE_ALL program to activate all IS's at a single go.

-Execute Program in SE38

-Provide Source System name & enter * in Info Source field

-Hit execute.

Once after this you can test you load.

HI,

Data flowing from R3 -> DS->IC. In DS PSA level no reocrds because processing type they given only target. In target it

displayed as red request only. i deleted that i thought i can change PSA level and load but PSA not possible to see any records.

What i have to follow?
