Benefit Confirmation Statement Help

All,

We need your help to resolve Benefit confirmation statement issue.

We are using transaction HRBEN0015 to print employee Benefit Confirmation Statement.

Benefit configuration statement is configured using Office template.

Whenever we print confirmation statement from transaction HRBEN0015, office template is getting updated with employee data which was printed.

Is it a normal functionality the template is updated with data printed..??

Please let us know correct procedure to design template.
