program <host>.sapccmsr.<sytem number> not registered

Hi Folks,

We are struck with CCMS agent registration in a PI system. In RZ21, when we checked the connection for SAPCCMSR agent, it is failing with RFC error. Upon checking the corresponding RFC, we found that the program <host>.sapccmsr.<sytem number> not registered.

We are using IBM-i as OS.

Kindly help me in proceeding further to resolve this problem.
