Company Code Restriction on the role in SAP BI 7

Hi Experts,

I am trying to restrict sap role on company code. I have followed following steps.

1. Created Role Z_BI_Finance

2. Created Analysis Authorization FINQUERY

3. Restricted FINQUERY on company code level- 0COMP_CODE=1000

4.Assigned the AA(Z_BI_Finance) into role under S_RS_AUTH.

5 Generated role and assigned the role to user.

After doing all the above it is not restricting the role based on the company code. It is giving data for all the company code.

Please provide your suggestion on this.

Hi Suresh,

Can you please check following things once

1.crosscheck comp_code is auth relevane in rsd1

2. check aprat from these role user has other roles also?if yest check theses roles are related to compcode.

Have you set the infoobject as authorization-relevant in the infoobject maintenance (RSD1)?
