"No text ID may be specified for this activity". while PB10 & PB60

Dear Consultants,

While entering initial applicant data (PB10) or maintaining applicant activities (PB60), I tried to generate some letters. The system gave error as No text ID may be specified for this activity.

May I know where these text IDs are specified for these activities?

    1 Applicant Activities ->Applicant Activity Types->Create applicant activity types you mention for which activities you have texts.

    2 In Change automatic creation of applicant activities you define exactly what texts to print
