Use catalog from ECC in CRM

Hall Gurus,

we have a product catalog in the ECC and now want to set up the CRM B2B E-commerce scenario. It seems i cannot get information about how to get the catalog to CRM? Is middleware replication possible?

No such standard feature.

You are limited to downloading products and all associated entities using middleware. You also get Product Hierarchy through middleware. So, if your CRM catalog is automatic type, then you may not need any additional data, assuming that the Product hierarchy and the CRM catalog areas match.

However, if you are interested in IDOC / ALE interfacing, you have options to use the following IDoc message types to export from ECC and then import into CRM.

1. Product Catalog PRDCAT01 and

2. Product catalog Item PRDPOS01

As far as I am aware there is no functionaly to export the Product catal;og from ERP to CRM
