Hi Gurus,

We are trying to access the catalog in CRM 7.0 B2B application , the replication works fine , I refered the SAP note 980678; all looks OK.

The logs show the following

Error com.sap.isa.catalog.trexcrm.TrexCRMRfcMethods No catalog TechKeys found for the given criterias, can't proceed

Debug com.sap.isa.catalog.boi.CatalogException new CatalogException(Catalog not determinable. No catalog found with state active)

Any ideas will be helpful

Thanks

Sumit

Have you checked the TREX Nameserver entry in Visual Admin?

Open the visual administrator and expand server> services> Trex Service

nameserveraddress - tcpip://hostname:port.

Check with your Basis team if the entries are correct.

Hi Devender and Ram,

The Visual Admin entries maintained are changed are now pointing to the nameserver.

We are using the ERP LORD Framework.

The error raised now is Shopl list buffer is empty.

We have created a shop in shopadmin and the catalog is replicated successfully.

Any idea why the shoplist is empty.

Sumit

Check the shops basic configuration. The shop configuration type must match the application configuration. In your case shop must be some erp type shop...

Hi Sumit,

Please check in TREX ADMIN whether catalogs are replicated, and also check whether status is green.

After catalog replication from ERP or CRM to TREX, need to restart TREX.

Note: Some time few repliation fails to reflect in TREX, please check in TREX ADMIN.

Regards,

Devender V
