AISUSER configured but MOPZ still giving SOLMAN_SAP_BACKEND007

Hi,

I have configured erverything on SolMan (EHP 1) to use Moptz but it seems it still not happy. i can skip the steps in Moptz to get to my download basket and confirm and download the packs but it seems when i want to find download stack files it says 3 lines of "Invalid user s##### when calling SAP backend system"

the details in Diagnosis are:

You did not enter a valid S user when you called the SAP back-end system.

Error text: SAP-OSS

S user assigned in SAP Support Portal: S000######

User in SAP Solution Manager: ######

RFC destination used: Internal MOPZ Error

- I have entered the user i log into SolMan and mapped that to my S-user

- s-user ID does exist on marketplace

- checked SAPOSS/SAP-OSS connections and they work

Is there something i have missed out?

Hi,

While entering s-user in AISUSER make sure that you have added it against the same user from which you are logged in and trying to use MOPZ.

Also, make sure that s-user should be assigned like 1234567 not with starting from S000*****.

Thanks

Sunny

Hi,

That was already done.

Hello there,

Just some more troubleshooting tips:

- do you use more than one customer number? It might be that the S user customer number is somehow incompatible with the installation's customer number.

- What is the S user you entered in the Solution Manager RFCs that point to SAP? (SAPOSS, SAP-OSS, etc). Again, if the S user customer numbers and authorizations of this S user entered in the RFC destinations are incompatible with your user's S user, there could be issues.

I hope this helps.

Hi Miguel,

I have used OSS_RFC on both SAPOSS and SAP-OSS and both connections work and authorizations work.

I had a look at my authorizations on marketplace and i cannot see anything unusual. i have customer number there and the installation numbers for other systems for which i can do most of the basis work.

Any further suggestions?

Hello there,

What is the S user configured as the user in the RFCs? What is the SAP customer number of this S user? If it is different to the SAP customer number of your user in AISUSER, there might be issues.

ok Miguel i understand.

I checked my other solMan system and yes there is an S-user ID whereas i thought it was user OSS_RFC that was needed to be used but i will get that changed.

thanks,

Mani
