Cost distribution table for reporting trip costs

Hi,

I am looking for a table to find all trips that have been assigned different cost elements. PTRV_SCOS only shows the different assignments not the percentage spilt.

In other words I am looking for a report/table that shows the percentage (%) distribution. Field name AUFTL in PR05.

Kind regards,

Frida Kindberg

Thank you for your quick reply!

However this table only appies for Travel requests, I am looking for a table showing the percentage for actual travel expenses.

Dear Frida,

Not sure of the table which shows the split up for cost in percentage for expense claim.

But the purpose of perentage is to multiply the cost and charge it to the respective cost abject.

When u directly get the value, what is the purpose of percentage then??

Yeah I know. But we have a client who want's to know how many of the trips within their company that are assigned to a different cost element than 100% on the default cost center and how many taht are splittet on different cost items. It's just for reporting reasons.

I found out that I can use the sequens number in table PTRV_SCOS and see which trip numbers have more than one line in the cost ditribution. That shows me how many trips that are spilttet into several cost items but that will not show me if a trip is 100% assigned to another cost centre or project or WBS.

Thank you for your helpful answers.

The % distribution is stored in cluster (KOSTR) tables. You may have to write a simple program to get that data, it doesn't seem to be available in any existing reports.

Dear Frida,

Just wanted to clarify a doubt.

Is your client trying to change the cost object after the travel request is created? If so, why they wanted to do it??
