Determine Latest Material Revision of Material

Hello,

I am trying to understand the Material Revision Level assignment to a material.

As in the screenshot, I have created a series of Revision Levels for a material. material-revision-level.png

The latest Material Revision Level I have created is 04. But system is still indicating the previous one - N.

If I now create a new revision level in the series as 'O' then the Material Revision is getting displayed correctly as 'O'. Is there any logic involved or based on change number the determination of Revision level Varied?

Because for the revision levels I created in series of 02,03,04 were not pulled to the latest Revision Level of the Material Display.
