Limit the User Access question (SAP BO 4.2 SP04)

Hello There,

Please help me in below scenario.

I need to create a user(Business User) who should have an access to see only one folder.

User should be able to view/schedule/refresh the reports. User should not be able to update the reports in that folder.

If possible, Please provide step by step approach to achieve this.
