CR 2008 could'n save data to the same File on Server

Hi, i have CR 2008 Sp3

Problem i have is :

CR 2008 could'n save data to the same File on Server ( Novell 6.5 )

Message :

" Unable to write to I:\xy\bericht1.rpt it is read-only or open by someone else "

Local save i possible

One has an idea ??

i have experienced this as well. check to make sure the report isnt being run or open. i save it by another name, then rename it.
