One customer with two diff credit control area with diff credit limit in FD32?

Dear All,

We have following requirement from the client for the credit management

1.Single customer available in two diff. company codes.

2.Each comp.code have diff. CCA. (Say -First CCA -B & Second CCA-D)

3.Credit Limit for customer maintained Rs.50,000/- in CCA -B & Rs.100000/- in CCA-D

Issue -Client requirement is that system should block the sales order as per credit control area.

When sales order execute CCA- B system should consider Rs.50,000/- for credit limit & the same thing should be happen for CCA-D

But I found that system assigned default CCA -D in Central data of FD32 in place of CCA-B due to largest credit limit maintained in CCA-D for the same customer.

How can i changed the same and full fill the requirement.

Please see the attachment for more understanding with following sequence

Sorry to I am unable to complete my Requirement -

Please see the following details with Images for more clarification on the requirement -

Suppose ,we maintain Rs.50000/- in "B" credit control area, maintained Rs.100000/-credit control area "D" . Then, we maintain total of Rs.150000/- in central data of both CCA. While raising sales order for CCA -B, system should consider only Rs.50000/- credit limit. While raising sales order in CCA-D, system should consider only Rs.100000/- credit limit.

Central data of CCA-B-Image 2

Please note the error reason -System not allowed to change Individual limit showing error,

Due to as per client requirement I maintained Rs.100000/ in Individual limit in FD 32 with CCA-D ,System by default assigned CCA-D

Please see the details of FD32 with CCA-D

It seems like you have a Decentralised Credit Org setup.
As you have different CCA for different CoCDs and most importantly customer credit limits are maintained individually.

To clear your doubts, let's first see the tables and fields involved for the Credit Account Master.
Central Data is stored in Table KNKA.
Whereas, Control Area Data is stored in KNKK.
Major fields for credit limits,

  • KNKA-KLIMG = Total limit (Values is fetched based on KNKA-KUNNR)
  • KNKK-KLIMK = Actual credit limit (Here values is fetched based on KNKK-KUNNR & KNKK-KKBER)

Now field Definition in Central Data*
> SECTION: Current Credit Limit Assigned
>> Total amount - The amount in this field is the total of the credit limits granted to the customer for all credit control areas.
>> Largest indiv.limit - The amount specifies the maximum credit limit that the customer currently receives in a particular control area. (Beside this field you can observe Credit Control Area name. Well, this shows the credit control area for which the maximum credit limit is reached.)

> SECTION: Maximum Permiited Credit Limits
>> Total amount - The amount in this field specifies the overall credit limit the customer may receive in all credit control areas.
>> Individual limit - The amount in this field specifies the maximum credit limit the customer may receive within a credit control area.
>> Currency - The currency in which the two maximum limits are specified. This provides you a flexibilty to provide the central data in any currency of your choice, independently of the currencies maintained with each control areas.

*NOTE: Limit mention here can't exceed limits maintained in your credit control area.

As per my organisation's security policy, I can't upload or attach a screenshot from my system.

What is your concern with the information shared by me, can you elaborate that?
What screenshot you are looking for?

Thanks,
JP
