We are configuring Standard Fiori Approval App (My Inbox) and Performed all the Steps to configure a standard Myinbox application with the Custom workflow but still facing the below issue.
Issue : We are getting all the work items in the Fiori application properly. Whenever i try to approve the workitem using Approve button, task is gone from my Fiori Application as well as in the Workplace in SAP system but action is not updating in the PR Item, When i check the statu of PR item in the ME54N, It is still showing in the Pending stage and waiting for Approval.
We have Configured below steps in the application :
1. Activated front end services
2. activated Odata Service and Maintained System Alias having /IWPGW/BWF Software Version with SystemAliasName_PGW Name.
3 Assigned Business Role SAP_FND_BC_MANAGER_T to My User
4. Enable task Filter
5. Maintain task Name and Decision Option
6.Maintain Decision Keys
7. Set Scenario Definition With System Alias with task Type
8. Create reference Of Tile in the Custom Catalog and custom Group --> Assign it to the User
Experts, Please help me to solve the issue, If i am missing any configuration from my end.
Note: I tried with the Standard Fiori app with standard workflow, it is working fine with it.
