ByDesign : Do we have Training Module Or SAP Store add-on solution for Training Management?

We want Training Module to map Employee Competencies & training provided to him during year.

An comprehensive Training Module.

Hello Laura,

Question is relating to SAP Bydesign (Which is cloud based), where customer do not have access to SPRO or any other tcodes. hence it would not be possible to configure the module as explained by you. 🙂

Hello Vishal,

There is no training module in ByD. there is a learning center in ByD where some ByDesign related content is available as standard and you can keep track of the documents that was visited by user him/herself.

But if you are looking for other training etc then there is no functionality/Module in ByD to handle these details.

You can mantain Employee Competencies in the resource management work center and also search for the employee based on the skills maintained for them in resource profile.
