BI authorization problem with hierachy

Former Member

Hi,

I have got a user in BI that has a from HR generated analyses object with value for the hierarchy(zorgunit). After executing a query the log shows an error eye 007 on a lower level in the hierarchy. Drilling down in the query result it won't show me more lines as it should. I created an analyses object with the same values, it is giving the same results. When I make an analyses object one step deeper or one step higher in the hierarchy there is no problem. Note 1301644 gives no solution. Can you give me suggestions to solve this problem?

Have fun

Bye

Hi,

just some additional information. When I am in the result of the query and select with the right mouse button the level of detail and choose level 14 I get all the information which I do not get clicking on the line in question. An other thing is we are using a timedependent hierarchy, that is related to the oss note 1301644 which gave no solution.

Have you set the tolerance time of the authorization check?

Have you setup organizational key can you give details of its values

Did you enter any value for Hierarchy in table T572O = 14?

Query is it from HCM system ?

Its few months now , I touched HCM system need answers for the above to think of an answer.

Also Check check OOAC transaction related to Hierarchy ( depth )

Hi,

The problem is on a BI system. From the HR system data about leave, sickness is transported to the BI system. With the standard SAP function data from users with their node(hierarchy) are also send to the BI system. This particular hierarchy node has been switched in the organizational management and that is why time-dependent hierarchy is used in the BI system, so you also have information about previous positions in the OM. Yesterday we tried it with a normal hierarchy and no problem.

About your questions, if you mean 0TCAVALID that is a *, the analyses object used is zorgunit, table t527o I cannot find on HR, the query is from the BI system.

Hi,

Got SAP working on it. They noticed some inconsistence in some hierarchy files. Suggested 3 notes, but they did not give the results we hoped for. Keep you informed when we have a solution.
