Use of Factory calendar for Delivery Date Determination into Sales Order

Hi Gurus,

please can you explain in details the use of the following calendars into Delivery Date Determination in Sales Order:

- Factory calendar set into Plant

- Factory calendar set into Shipping Point

- Factory calendar set into Customer Master for an Unloading Point.
