Email Campaign Response Configuration

Hi Gurus,

Iu2019m currently setting up the marketing module for sap crm 7.0. I sent out an email campaign. What configuration needs to be done to analyze email reponses? Does anyone have a document or resource they can point me to?

Obs: I just do not want to use surveys. I intend to use ERMS.
