Delete Agent and measurements import

Hi gurus,

Please i have 2 questions at IHS configuration:

1. How can i delete a specification created on CBIH92, delete option in menu is disabled.

2. In measurement Management, how report REHS_MP_MJVA_IMPORT works? I activated the user exit because we have water pollution measurement managed by external laboratories, and we need to import them to SAP, but I realized that is necessary to create the measurement header manually and just after that te measruement values can be imported. Is that correct?

I wonder if some of you could help me with these topics.
