Create Riskworkflow: error

Hi,

we want to create a risk workflow.

We have set all configurations in CUP and RAR.

But if we want to create for example a new risk, we receive this error:

Aug 18, 2010 1:17:31 PM com.virsa.cc.workflow.bo.WorkflowBO submit

SEVERE: Service call exception; nested exception is:

com.sap.engine.services.webservices.jaxrpc.exceptions.InvalidResponseCodeException: Invalid Response Code: (404) Not Found. The request URL was:"http://saps080.sap.convista.local:50000/AEWFRequestSubmissionService_5_3/Config1?wsdl&style=document". Check, whether the URL is correct, and the Web Service that you are requesting is up and running.

Have we set the wrong URL in the RAR configuration for the workflow service URL.

Hi,

now I have solved this problem, but another ones appears:

If I want to change/create a risk the message: "Workflow exception!" appears.

Any ideas?

The log doesn't show any details.

Hi Alexa,

This exception is coming from CUP side. Check the initiator attributes. Multiple initiator should not satisfy.

Check that the Path and stage confuguration. Have you configured CAD as first stage approver. See that CAD attribute values are satisfy.

I have solved the problem on my one.

It wasn't the configuration in CUP, but the configuration in RAR.
