Report based on Proj. Def. Status

Hi,

We are in Post Go Live Support Phase.

We have many user statustes for Project Definition.

Manager wants list of projects based on its status like: System Status = 'CRTD' and User Status = 'PROP' (i.e.Proposed).

I know that we can maintain selection profiles for information system in BS42 for all the combination.

I want to know is there any other way to do this?

hi

check is there any standard information System report under strcutures are available if so use this and save as excl. and filter as required by the manager.

So, Best is to use selection profile.

Yes. Best approach is to user status selection profile on Std. Reports. Configure dif. status slection profile according ot your requirement.

I dont think of any other way than using status selection profile in Std. reports.
