Hello Narasimha,

Please go to table V_T588MFPROPS table and check for entry.

40# #P0185#AUTH1

40# 02 #P0185#AUTH1

where ever this field is mandatory, Just uncheck that field and then check you should be able to save.

Best Regards,

Deepak....

Hi narasimha

I think what Deepak is suggested is to uncheck AUTH related entries

By doing this perhaps you will remove a mandatory condition which will allow PAM to be updated

Best wishes

Unchecking these fields means the field is not longer mandatory to the user -that means the

user can skip entering data in these fields --> is this what you require ?

Hello narasimha,

Just look for the entries which I mentioned and uncheck only those which are AUTH related. It will not impact any where else.

just do that.

Best Regards,

Deepak..

Details on PERID service are available from http://help.sap.com/erp2005_ehp_02/helpdata/en/44/0e48f8d62a42d1868771e19e7c47ba/content.htm

The corresponding IT is 0185 - as Deepak mentioned perhaps certain business logic settings are needed in V_T588MFPROPS

- generally though V_T588MFPROPS settings in client 000 should be useable as is - customers do not need to change

You may be able maintain this via

sap.com/ess<country code>perid/Per_PidIN

For example for India via sap.com/essinperid/Per_PidIN

If however there is no corresponding UI and application for PAN - you would have to customize one
