[RSP] - Scheduled database backup

Hi experts, I just wondering what would be the possible error for this? I'm trying to run the Trigger full backup now. But in the backup history. It shows an error.

The network folder and credentials are also correct. Also, I've tried the Test Connection.

Map the shared drive as Network drive, when you have installed the RSP.

This will ensure that your connection to the network location always prevails.

Hi Bryan,

This usually means that the user under which you run the RSP, does not have the necessary rights to the destination folder, or that location is full, or, as it is a URL path, the link may not work.

My account has a administrator privilege and I can assure that the location is not full yet. The weird part is that, all the attachments are backup in that network folder.
