The company have a hots that is in a DMZ when I create in the solution Manager a RFC to connect the Solution Manager to the server we face the problem attached in this message. I alreday tried the connection both for hostname and IP address but both don't work. At the same RFC connection when I test another host the connection is succesfull.

Hi,
Error Details DETAIL: no connect of TP sapdp42 from host 10.16.28.42 after 60 sec
Make sure that the firewall at the server sapdp42 doesn't block the connectios established from your SolMan(sapslma) server.

Hello
We've solved the problem adding a new port in the target system, now it is working fine.

Ok, the firewall will be checked, another informtaion that I have is that the host that I'm trying to make SolMan access do not have Saprouter, it would be a problem?
Since the number of the System Number of the host that I'm trying to access is 42 I've created an entry at servcies file of Solman's host with the port 3642. For example sapms## 3642/tcp, could be another port configuration to solve this issue?
Thank for the help
