SAP Router - Walldorf cant connect after cert renewal

Hi experts,

I just renewed our SAP Router certificate it was due in 2 days. It went fine, but now SAP Support gets server timeout - it seems they cant connect, they get "500 Internal Server Error".

What can be the problem? As were in a project with US I need SAP Router up within the next 3 hours, so any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Hi,

We have also faced the similar issue some days back. The issue may be beacause of network. Ask SAP to try once again.

Hi

Markus - Thanks for the hint, i created an OSS for SAP to look at. I think it has something to do with the user i use for creating sec credentials. I get this:

*** ERROR => SncPEstablishContext()==SNCERR_GSSAPI
      GSS-API(maj): Miscellaneous failure
      GSS-API(min): File is not existing

Hi,

The user that you need to use is the <sid>adm.

And also the all the commands to import the certificate should be executed from

the SAProuter folder.

Not really sure if this is a pre-requisite, but it is usually done.

Vishnu.

Hi everyone,

just wanted to update you on this one, it is fixed, it was indeed because I wasnt logged on to the system with the sidadm (owner of the SAP Router service).

Thanks for taking your time to reply!

Kind Regards,

Soren

For time critical problem it's much better to open an OSS call (XX-SER-NET), those guys may help you much faster than we here.
