SAP QM module Quality certificate issue

Dear all,

Can anybody send me information about SAP QM Quality Certificate step by step Configuration steps as well as process steps.

Could anybody send me some documents regarding Quality certificates topic in SAP QM Module.

Hi

The steps in QC are:

1. Maintain form in SE71, for layout of your certificate, Mainly developed by your ABAPer.

2. Create Certificate profile in QC01. Attach your form there and maintain MIC sequence, result origins, etc. Release the profile.

3. Assign this profile to material/material group or material/customer combination in QC15.

4. In QC20, prepare certificates for deliveries.

These are the general steps for QC. Other than that in custiomization, you need to

1. Define certificate types

2. define condition types for o/p determination

3. Print parameters and o/p devices

Many more settings and customization might be required depending upon your particular requirement.

Hi,

other than the setting up of certificate as for the previous reply, you can use these in material master QM view for the operation side.

In the Material master QM view, in procurement data, you can activate QM Proc. active and give the certificate type.

Then these details can be entered at the time of GR.
