Table for PO released between some period.

Hi Experts,

How can I get list of PO's released between particular dates. I tried to find with earlier posted questions, also with tables such as EKKO, CDHDR and CDPOS. but still not able to find exact list of PO's released between some period.

Could any moderator tell me the reason why there is no any standard report or table* for such regular requirement such as, PO's released between some period. i am asking about release date not creation date of PO's.

any suggestions or guide line will be realy helpful for the future..

Regards,

it is just not a regular requirement, hence you have to develope such an analysis yourself.

More important than checking the history for released POs, is to monitor the unreleased POs, as this directly effectstodays business

You have to read the change documents for the specified period to find all releases.

    • you can find the POs in several transactions ME2L, ME2M, ME80FN ...

What info do you actually need?

What goal do you want to reach with this analysis?

Actual PO processing starts with PO creation, and approval is a part of PO creation. if approval takes to long in your company, then you may need to change the purchasing processing time in material master to get planning more accurat and to start the PO process earlier.
