Hi,

I am getting this error when i component work bench.view BT26H_APPT/ApptDetails is not defined in the run time repository that was loaded. can i manually load in run time repository or how can i approach this issue.

Hi Rose,

Just copy the runtime repository file i.e. Repository.xml ( under Pages with Flow logic section below view) from the same standard component and paste it. Activate the runtime repository , that will help.

Whatever be the system, dev or quality, follow the same -

1) Ignore the message if you have not done any enhancements

2) Copy the runtime repository file i.e. Repository.xml if the message comes after any enhancements

The right name is BT126H_APPT/ApptDetails not BT26H_APPT/ApptDetails as you said.

Did you enhance the view BT26H_APPT/ApptDetails or at least enhance the component? If you did not, then you can ignore the message. If you did, share with us what you did to let us understand the issue.

thanks for your replay. when we are enhancing component and view first time we need to provide bsp application then if want to enhance another component so i took my enhancement set here can provide separate bsp application name or can use only one bsp application for all enhancements. i would like to know we can assign only one enhancement set for client so can i am enhancing another component with same enhancement set can i use new bsp application or i need to maintain only one bsp application.please guide me.

Rose,

1) It is suggested to use ONLY ONE enhancement set per client.

2) It is suggested to maintain different BSP Applications for different view enhancements, even if those views are in same component. This avoids problems like overwriting BSPs when views in same component are enhanced.

Hi Rose,

While enhancing any component using an enhancement set you can give any name for bsp application under customer namespace ( like z, y) but usually when we create a new application we just put the z or y infront of the component name and create it for example if you want to enhance bp_head_search then usually people create a new bsp appl with name zbp_head_search because it will help in finding it in se80 to figure out the component anyway you can give any name if you want.

For each component you need to create a new bsp appl.

You should use one enhancement set per client, you can use sm30 and view BSPWDV_EHSET_ASG to define your enhancement set for each client.

So to enhance all the component in same client you should use same enhancement set for that client.

I think that would be useful, let me know if you have any other doubts.
