Case Management, Process Route, Circular, Record and Web Client

Hi Experts,

I am working for first time with SAP CRM Case Management and Web Client.

In SAP Gui, in customizing I created my own class of case and have enabled procees route, circular and object link (record); when I create a case in transaction SCASE all ok, but in Web Client, I can not see any option for process route, neither option for create circular or record.

Any suggestions?,

Dear Yvette,

CRM Case Mgt is based on Case Mgt in NW Folder Mgt(former Records Management). SCASE is transaction for NW Folder Mgt while IC Web Client is for CRM Case. These two are different. You can access case components like process route etc for FM Case Mgt from browser if you either render SCASE via SAPGUI in portal or use HTML gui rendering for SCASE.
