Case Management, Process Route, Circular, Record and Web Client

Hi Experts,

I am working for first time with SAP CRM Case Management and Web Client.

In SAP Gui, in customizing I created my own class of case and have enabled procees route, circular and object link (record); when I create a case in transaction SCASE all ok, but in Web Client, I can not see any option for process route, neither option for create circular or record.

Any suggestions?,
