Requestor not able to add Ad Hoc approver after recalling the SC

Hi Guys,

I have a scenrio where the Requestor has created a Sc and it has been approved by the Buyer and one Cost center manager.Before the second one approves the Requestor recalled the SC and made some changes.He now wants to add and ad -hoc approver but is not able to do so.However when creating a fresh SC he can add ad-hoc approvers.Is anyone aware about this issue.Thanks in advance.

You need to search for a OSS note here.. This is SAP program error.. I found a OSS note for similar issue but for RFQ's and Quote business objects..

Hi

Is the button ADD Approver visible on the screen. Make sure that button is there in Screen personalizations, if missing.

Otherwise look for an OSS note based on your SRM Release, this could be a program error too
