This action will lead to potential data loss in customer landscape. SADL query creation

Hello Experts,

I have created a SADL Query for my custom BO and it works fine with search in OWL screen. The issue is Alternative field "ID" is displayed blank in OWL screen with no values. So when I search in Advanced search by entering value in "ID" field the result is zero records.

When I was creating the SADL query, I selected all the fields for basic find and for "Selection", whenever I select the primary field, I get an error message "This action will lead to potential data loss in Customer landscape. Do you want to continue?".

I selected "No" and saw the OWL screen with no values in ID field. When I selected "Yes" then also the field ID is blank.
