Dear all,

We are in an Engg Industry where after GR from production an insp lot is created but this lot is kept for 15 days before carrying out delivery in this duration of 15 days the stock is in godown we want to carryout result recording for the same insp lot on daily basis i.e for one insp lot we need 15 results, here the batch size would be 10 - 15 nos.

What is the best possible way moreover for each of 10 or 15 nos we need to do individually result recording for 15 days and we should be able to see all the results.

regards

Venkat

Hi

As suggested, use inspection points if you want only one lot.

Hii,

First spro>Insp plng>Define identifier for Inspction points. Here u can use Freely defined Inspection point 100,else make Z-Point with a copy of Insp point field 100. Then define ex sample no, Truck no, Date Time based on ur client req. Then Goto QP01 --> Header level and assign Inspection point. Then create ur sampling procedure with ref to Inspection point concept. Then assign the same in Inspection plan.

Hi

First in QCC0--insp planning-general---define insp point identifier, maintain setting as per requirement. Suppose you take freely defined inspection point 100. Now in the user field you can see fields as first two texts, next two numericals and last two date and time. These are to maintain your inspection point identifier. Choose which fields you need to identify your inspection point (General, Inspector name, date and time).

Now use this inspection point in inspection plan header. So whenever do do RR for that lot, first system asks you to put identifier for the point( Name, date and time in this case).

I believe you will be able to do it now, if you need help, let us know.

as mentioned above use inspection point and in addition to it i think u require sample of 10-15 number each time

for this u need to have sampling procedure of fixed type

create sampling procedure of fixed type , mention sample as 10/15 as per ur requirement and then attach it to inspection plan.
