Amazingly, gross pricing is not supported outside of Japan, Korea and China.
The rest of us around the world who issue recommend retail prices and would like to sell at those prices have to manipulate the rounding field on each invoice or come up with other weird and wonderful solutions like setting up underpayment/overpayment and not worrying about the invoice price matching the advertised prices.
You will probably find it hard to believe you cannot do something so core on something as comprehensive on B1 as you can on any two bit accounts package, but there you go.
Sorry if I sound grumpy but i am very disappointed with such a basic oversight on an otherwise excellent system.
Read the How To "Handling gross pricing on B1" which will basically just tell you to put in your price net of sales tax into the price list.
