SRM 7 - strategy SC_RR_PURCHASING_GROUP did not determine any approvers

Hi,

We are using SRM 7 - Process Controlled Workflow (SP05)

When Shopping Cart is being created, approval tab displays all correct agents for approval, however, when Shopping Cart is ordered it does not determine the approvers - and gives message: "Strategy SC_RR_PURCHASING_GROUP did not determine any approver."

What could be wrong here?

Hi,

Please check if there is any Purchaser and Purchasing Group responsible for the specified product category in PPOSA_BBP.

I too got the same issue "strategy SC_RR_PURCHASING_GROUP did not determine any approvers"

I have checked in PPOSA_BBP , it seems good.

Do you know how to debug the issue? Kindly let me know.

Hi Masa,

This has now been resolved. The issue was with the workflow tasks - they needed to be marked as "General Task" in txn PFTC
