Error while posting A/P Credit Memo

Dear Experts,

1. While Posting standalone A/P Credit memo the following error is coming "No matching records found 'G/L Accounts' (OACT) (ODBC - 2028) [Message 131-183]"

Currently we are working on SAP B1 8.8 PL:11.

In G/L account determination every account is linked properly even rounding account also linked properly n stock is also there in warehouse but still this error is coming Plz give me some solution on this

Hello, I had a similar problem, then I made a Back Up and restore in a trial enviroment, then I filed all the account that where "missing" and then try to create the document, if the creations was succesfull I erase 1 of the filled accounts and try again to create the document ... you can repeat this procedure until you find the GL account that is missing in my case was

Administration>Setup>Stock Managment>Warehouses

Accounting Tab

Stock in Transit Account

Dear Anshul,

You may check freight and expense account setup too. If all in vain, it is probably a bug. Before log a message, play in test environment to try to find the catch.

Dear Anshul,

Once I had also faced the same issue which was solved by mapping the GL account in Tax code account for Purchase as well as sales, so try this out and if succed plz let me know !

Hi Anshul.........

As per your Set GL method, have you given Purchase offset, Purchase Return and Purchase credit account?

If not then its mandatory account you need to necessarily give for leting your transaction to move ahead........

as per ur statement i had checked all the G/L account Determination every thing is mapped properly Purchase accounting related all accounts mapped properly but still the same error is coming but anyway thanks for reply

please make sure that when u are making ap credit memo than u should have that particualr itemin ur stock then onlu u would be able to make it what ill suggest u is to please check whether there is quantity in hand for that particularproduct or not
