Unable to see data for custom fields in datasource in BW, though its available in RSA3 in S4

Hello,

We are working on BW4HANA system which is on S4. We have enhanced standard data source(2LIS_13_VDITM) with two custom fields. The data is populating in RSA3 for the custom fields in S4, but the data is not populating for custom fields in BW. I tried all the possible ways like hide check box unchecked in S4, Transfer check box checked in BW, deleted setup tables and filled again but no luck. I believe some notes needs to be implemented as it is a new system. Please help if anybody faced same issue.

P. S: The data source is ODP enabled datasource hence no PSA/Infopackage.
