Error : Unable to archive Value Contract in S4 1610

Hi Experts,

I am getting the below error while trying to archive a value contract via SARA. (Archiving object used: MM_EKKO).

Also attaching pre-requisite steps for quality inputs/suggestions.

Value contract flagged for deletion at item level.

Checking customizing settings for MM_EKKO

Variant details during archiving run

Logs of jobs for archiving

Message in the job log

Hi Sanket,

The message “No additional checks are active for contract type K ZWK” (MMPUR_ARCHIVE 076) is displayed if customizing in table T161Z "Additional Checks for Outline Agreements on Reorganization" is missing or incomplete.

In addition you should set the residence times in table T161R "REORG Control, Purchasing" (=> error5.jpg).
