Hi Experts

I have this issue whereby certain business transactions organizational units are not determined or found when viewing under crmd_order

I have checked config and all seems to be in place

Checked PPOMA_CRM and service attributes has been maintained for my org units

Ive maintained determination rule for service scenario. Maintained Org data profile and assigned rule to this. Assigned to my transaction type

My problem is when i view the display log for my Service Organizational Data, it will show the" Org data determination Service, Transaction type, Org data profile, determination rule, container and Partner attribute, But No org unit is found or selected

What else should I check?

Ravi

Did you try running HRBCI_ATTRIBUTES_BUFFER_UPDATE report?

Thanks JD

I ran this report already

I did a Org data setting check and noticed that the simulation of rule (1400148 ) resolution result shows one specific org unit only. So all our agents assigned to this org is displayed only.

How do I enhance this to display our other org units as well?

Ravi,

I couldnt find any rule 01400148. Instead I found one rule 14000148. If this is what you meant to use, this tries to find the Org model basing on USER NAME ( sy-uname).

Yes thanks this is the rule 14000148 i am using

When i do my rule simulation result, its only showing user's assigned to Org A for an example

But we have user's assigned to other org units as well, all which has been checked for obj permitted in determination. I ve compared the attributes and all the service org units are the same.

These user's have been defined as BP's in the container "Partner" attribute

Hi Dipesh

Thanks for the quick reply

Ive checked and every org unit has been ticked for obj determination permitted already.

Ravi,

When you are logging into the system, are you doing it by the assignment you have in the org model or are you just logging in with a generic parameter to view all business roles via Parameter CRM_UI_PROFILE? This can cause the organization determination to not take effect.

Hi Ravi,

Please check in Attribute tab of Org whether check box Object Permitted in Determination is ticked for all your Service Organization ??

This tick is relevant for the determination of organizational objects.

Dipesh.
