Ecc 6.0 - Email Sent Twice within Workflow

Hi experts,

I have workflow that simply do the following action: if address changed then notify the manager of that employee.

I use Addressemp with change method as triggering event. I use FM to extract the Manager User Id, put it on container, and send mail to the manager. But the mail is being sent twice. I already check the log, the workflow did not occur twice, only the send email activity.

I have also check that there are no other event that trigger the workflow. I already search the forum and found threads that have very same situation, the solution was with applying notes but that is for 4.6, we are already using ecc 6.0. Any Suggestion regarding this matter? Many Thanks
