question regarding CM07 missing processing time

Hi All,

For certain process orders, when checking the relevant resource in CM07 only the set up time appears wheres the processing time doesnt appear.i,e if the set up time is 2 hrs and processing time is 4 hrs, in CM07 for this order and resource/workcentre the hours of capacity utilised is appearing as only 2 hrs (which is the set up time alone).

I could see that this occurs only for the process order of a particular order type.For other order types both the set up and processign time are added and this cumulated value appears in CM07.

could you pl let me know which setting governs this?

Hi,

1. Kindly let meknmow which overall profile s being selected.

2. since you are tellnit that the issue at the process order level, check for the configOPU3 if proreply set for this order type.

the issue occured due to the incorrect capacity formula used in the workcenter.
