Extract All Item details From SAP Business One

Hi All,

I would like to create an external excel stock card for my inventory, so I need to export all item details from SAP Business One system.

I had export all the item info from Inventory > Inventory Report > Item List, but I found that UoM showed in this report are Inventory UoM only, does other report can show Purchase & Sales UoM?

Hi Raymen,

In the Item Master Data, find * to generate the Item List. From there click on Form Settings and specify fields names you would like to be reflected. Export the list to excel.

Please check out the Query Generator. With this tool you can create a report that will show exactly the information that you need.
