If you are speaking about the confirmation screen after the J1INCHLN transaction, then you dont have to worry. The screen will show zero even if postings have happened right. If your clearing document number is generated and shown in that screen, then things are going well. You can proceed to J1INBANK or check in J1INMIS report.

    • This transaction was supposed to display the remittance details. But the remittance does not actually happen until you update the J1INBANK transaction (that's where you confirm paying the amount to Govt., J1INCHLN is only a Remittance challan, which you fill like a deposit slip before remitting the money to bank).

Since this transaction happens before actual remittance, the values remitted will display as zero.

Hi guru's Correct me if I am wrong!!!

As per my understand about With Holding system we can only view TDS amount in J1inchln or J1INMIS. They is no separate configuration for getting displayed for TDS base amount. If you could able to clear documents then everything is fine.

    Dear ganee85,

System will generate one G/L account with debited TDS Payble A/C and Credited to Bank A/C, after that system shows the same thing what you manctioned.

    Regards
