SAP Client Crashes



I have an issue with one client machine which has SAP 2007A SP01 PL09. When they have had SAP inactive for a brief period of time then go to add something within SAP they get the following machine:

"Application has a problem.

Diagnostic file C:\Program Files\SAP\SAP Business One\Log\SAP Business One_20100811103910.dmp was created.

Please contact support and attach diagnostic file."

I have checked that there are no screen saver and that there's no time out on the display settings. The machine in question is running VISTA. There's no anti-virus running and the memory is 4GB. There does not appear to be anything noticably wrong with the process when viewing through task manager. I have had this user log into SAP on another terminal and the problem does not get replicated.

SAP B1 has been reinstalled a couple of times now and this hasn't remedied the problem.

Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.
