SAP Autopacking issue

Hello Friends,

I am facing an issue related with standard SAP autopacking function.

It worked fine so far as all the master data was maintained correctly.

Few new materials were added recently to existing packing instructions and determination records also maintained correctly (POP/POF setups)

However,now I get a warning message as follows and the autopacking does not happen.

VHUPD055 HUs cannot be created with status 'green' or 'yellow'

Anyone faced this issue earlier ?
