transfer products from SAP Marketing Cloud Campaign to SAP C4C

Hi everybody

I'm working with SAP Marketing Cloud, integrated with SAP C4C. We can create lead transfer campaigns, and the leads are created ok in SAP C4C. In SAP C4C the lead info is basic. It could be posible to include in the lead transfer a product? It would be great for us to have the lead in SAP C4C with one product, directly from SAP Markting Cloud.

Your requirement corresponds to "Augmented Lead Context" business topic. Click here to get more information about "Augmented Lead Context" business feature.

However, as schneidert already pointed out, mapping those information to sales fields are required in SAP Cloud Platform Integration. This is also mentioned in the documentation I shared.

As you can see, by default, there's no mapping between predecessor interaction and lead information for instance. You can leverage product information implementing a proper mapping here. You can also do same for custom fields of campaign, account, contact etc..The documentation lists all applicable objects.

Hi Carlos,

as far as I know by default the "Interest" you assign in SAP Marketing Cloud in the Lead Transfer is shown in C4C as a description in the products section of the lead.
I think you have to change that behavior in CPI.

So you have to have the products as interests in SAP Marketing Cloud.

But maybe someone has a better idea to get the real products in the lead context from Marketing to C4C.
