i don't think we have an Std Report with mentioned fields

Just check with MF12, MB51 and COOIS

MB51 -T-Code will give the all the details requested by you below

once you enter the mataerila data in intial screen, you have to click Detail list then you will get the below details

There is no such standard report available in the system for your requirement.

also check your own thread .

Check report MCP6 MCRJ MCRE MF12 and MB5B
