Hi Experts,

Trying to update the stack level to 6 on SOLMAN (SID is CSM) ( SAP NW 7.0 EPH1) getting the following error. SPAM / SAINT Version is 7.01/039

Hi....kinldy try with below steps and let us know if you still face any issues:

1) Stop the Import

2) Stop/kill "tp" process

3) Delete the file in tmp

4) Stop the Instance

5) Start the Instance & run Import

I would use this strategy:

1) Stop the Import

2) Stop/kill "tp" process

3) Delete the file in tmp

4) Make sure that user [sid]adm and SAPservice[SID] have access to
SAP-SOLMAN-01\sapmnt\trans\tmp

finally, restarting SAP is not needed here.

Check if the file
SAP-SOLMAN-01\sapmnt\trans\tmp\SLOG1032.CSM.LOC is not in use by another process.

In unix we can using fopen command, not sure about windows.
